How do I solve this problem with my acer aspire a515-56-73ap

I have an Acer Aspire 5 A515-56-73AP programs like AutoCAD and AutoCAD civil 3D close abruptly without giving an error report. This happens with some games too. I have tried installing different directx but that does not solve the problem.

No error report usually means the integrated Iris GPU has overheated to temps well above 90*C. It will suddenly shut down to prevent damage without trying to generate a report. Try raising the laptop about an inch above a hard surface to promote better airflow especially when running Civil3D or medium to heavy load games. Take care not to block air intake and exhaust vents on the bottom.
