You can't get a copy of the OS that Acer installed or a Recovery Image of your AN515-57, Acer does not have an individual OS disk or USB as Acer has a license from Microsoft to install the Win-11 Home with a Digital Key that is embedded into your laptops bios for your AN515-57 Win-11 Home OS version and then Acer installs their proprietary software the Acer Care Centre and Nitro Sense (which you have an individual keyboard key to activate) and it installs the Acer Quick Access Application that you can download all this software and install them yourself (if you want?) from the Acer Nitro AN515-57 Drivers & Manuals.

Why do you want this software for, is your AN515-57 Win-11 Home crashed and NOT operable? Can you boot into the AN515-57 Win-11 Home operating system?

If you can but you are having lots of crashes and BSODs and you have corrupted the Acer software, then I suggest that you do a "Clean Install" of Win-11 version 22H2 and update windows update to the latest OS build 22621.1105 and download the Win-11 installation. ISO files from the through from the Microsoft Win-11 site at the bottom of the page,

If you cant get into the OS then you need to make a bootable Win-11 installation USB drive with Rufus as the boot software and boot this laptop into the Win-11 installation drive and do a Clean Install. Then and to activate windows make sure that you have done this:

    1. You have a Microsoft Account so make sure your laptop is registered with Microsoft.
    2. If its not, then sign up for a Microsoft account as your AN515-57 Win-11 Home is already registered with Microsoft and will be automatically licensed with a Digital Key.

To do a Clean Install do the following:

    1. To do a clean install of Win-11 22H2, within windows OS, download the installation. .ISO from Microsoft and initiate the install through your current OS
    2. If you can't get into your current OS, then do a USB boot drive with Rufus as the boot software and then put the USB with the Win-11 installation files into a side 32 USB port and boot the laptop so that it starts the Win-11 installation process.
    3. NOTE: Before you do a Clean Install of Win-11 22H2 make sure that on another USB you have a copy of the AN515-57s "IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver Version:18.6.1.1016.2" driver, for when you completely delete/format the boot drive, as you won't be able to continue the Win-11 install unless you install this driver for the boot M.2 drive to be recognized.
    4. Finish the Win-11 22H2 installation and make sure that you install all Windows Updates first
    5. Then and this is controversial, but I've never ever had any problems, is to install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and make sure that all Intel drivers including the Intel graphics latest drivers are installed.
    6. Do the same for the NVIDIA 30 series GPU that your laptop has with its latest driver version for Win-11, then install that and use the Clean Install option to completely uninstall all previous NVIDIA graphics drivers off the laptop.
    7. Then look in Device manager and if you have any asterisk next to any drivers, get the obsolete drivers from the AN515-57 Drivers & Manuals to fix those issue up.
    8. Also make sure that you only use the oem Acer provided Bluetooth Killer driver version 22.130.0.2 and don't install any new BT drivers from the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant update them.
    9. After all this and when your laptop is operating 100% for at least a week with no crashes, then do an update of the bios to the last bios update for the AN515-57 laptop, which is the version 1.19 - 1. Update Capsule flashing priority to fix recovery fail - dated 2022/11/10. Make sure that your laptop has no chance of crashing, before you do the bios update, and the laptop is prepared for a bios update properly by the antivirus, malware software's completely disabled, and the laptop is plugged into a reliable power mains source.

This is the proper way to do a Clean Install and its working for me perfectly without any crashes or BSODs or any problems, and I'm speaking from experience of doing this with a Nitro 5 AN515-56 with the RTX3050 and the i7-11370H cpu from its oem provided Win-10 Home to the new and latest Win-11 22H2 OS build 22621.1105.

    try the following:

    1. insert a usb flash drive to your laptop or desktop computer. (be sure to backup the contents of your usb flash drive)
    2. download rufus https://rufus.ie/en/, then run it.
    3. left click the drop down arrow next to the word "SELECT" and left click "DOWNLOAD" to download the original Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft. Watch the full tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=me-GmdIlbgc&ab_channel=PortalSeven
    4. after that, press START. wait for it to finish.
    5. close rufus, open your usb flash drive then run the setup executable.
    6. be sure to backup all the files in Drive C: or any drive partition where the operating system resides before doing step 5.
    7. be sure you have a good internet connection for the contents of the flash drive to be updated to the latest.
    8. as the setup runs, select delete all files, like you are installing a fresh operating system.
    9. wait and trust the process to complete.
    10. after that, download the latest official drivers from Acer. https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/drivers-and-manuals
    11. download the serial number detection utility/tool to obtain the device serial number or SNID
    12. download all the drivers, extract each, then install.
    13. hopefully, your problem will be solved.
    14. driver problems happens when you restore your operating system using the factory recovery image.
    15. after all the drivers installed and working properly. make an image of the whole drive using macrium reflect, aomei, easeus, minitool and many others. Watch the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9BGn4MivJw&ab_channel=BracerJack
    16. the purpose of making your own backup image of the whole drive is to shorten the restoration process in case of problems or malware attacks.

NOTE: if you only like to download the operating system, follow steps 1 up to 4
