Hi Guys,

I want to tell you about a very interesting incidents that happened to me, please respond if you have any solution suggestions.

I recently used my laptop, then put it into sleep mode and then put it in my bag. Then, while the laptop was in sleep mode, I saw that the fans were running at full speed and heating up, while the laptop was standing in my bag with the lid closed. When I turned on the screen and pressed any key, the computer did not turn on, the last time I pressed the power key, the computer turned on.

Secondly, another day, when I was in the library and the bluetooth headset was connected, I turned off the laptop screen and walked away. After I left, and the laptop's lid was closed, but the music started to turn on at a high volume.

How many years have I been a computer user, this is the first time I've seen such ridiculous problems. Where could the problem be? I am waiting for your solution suggestions, thank you.

The problem that you have with the fans and BT is because you have a problem with your lid and the Hall sensor that does not turn off the screen and the laptop is kept on, hence and why your fans work and the audio works too when the lid is closed, and the laptop doesn't go into sleep.

it is not a good practice to directly close the lid of your laptop without properly turning the laptop off.

the laptop screen simply turns off but it is still functioning causing overheat and damage to the components, especially if you put it inside its bag. the same also if you use hibernation.

because you have a gaming laptop, turning off and on is very fast. it is easy to do.

do what is right mate. 😉

Dude, I know how to turn off the computer instead of sleeping mode. I'm asking you the cause of the problem and the solution, and you're showing me an alternative way. Please, is there no one who knows the solution to the problem?

probably a combination of hardware and software issues.

try system restore or reset using the factory image
