Hey, So i bought a the PREDATOR HELIOS 18 https://www.acer.com/us-en/predator/laptops/helios/helios-18

I seem to have issues connecting it to my phone, in general it wont even register, i got the phone in Sweden from a refurbished iPhone company https://www.certideal.se/iphone-11-rekonditionerad/iphone-11-64-gb-svart-4938 since i didn't feel like blowing a massive budget on a phone that i dont use much, however i need it to be able to connect in order to transfer photos,

Do you guys have any experience with this?

Cheers in advance!

Maybe you got a lemon refurbished phone. Or maybe the phone's BlueTooth isn't turned on in discover mode. Usually phone's discover mode is turned off to save power. Check phone wifi or wireless settings to make sure BlueTooth is turned on in discover mode. Then try to pair it again.

Happyjoji, HEY...that is what horses eat.😁remember that Apple and especially with its iPhone's11 and their "right to repair" which is really "RIGHT TO NOT REPAIR" is the reason why refurbished and their last few generation iPhones can have lots of problems and allot of their features get disabled when anything is changed like battery, screen which is absolutely a crazy policy.

With a brand new and such a high end laptop like the Predator Helios 18 there is no way that you have issues with the Bluetooth in that laptop, as its definitely your iPhone 11! Get a Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus or even the Ultra which is virtually the equivalent in price and its a much better mobile phone than the iPhone 11.
