Predator Sense download PO5-640 and there's still no Predator sense application

Had to reinstall windows - However when i got to the support site and choose the PO7-640 there's no predator sense download, check the the PO5-640 and there's still no Predator sense application, is there any external site i can get the program from? thanks

So i fixed it by doing another windows install this time completely wiping the o/s partition so it was completely fresh, and everything is working good.

So i've got it downloaded again, and installed but it won't control any of the lighting, tried reinstalling several times but same issue

also have the same problem with my Helios 18 (PH18-71-93CJ)! any fix to this?? re-installed the software several times but it's a fifty-fifty chance that you can't control keyboard-/backside lights of the machine…

This is so annoying PLEASE ACER FIX THIS very ***** software… I love the device but I do not want to go somewhere like a cafe, take out my laptop and everything is flashing like crazy and I cannot even stop it. Maybe taiwanese people like that but people over 18 in europe definitely prefer something more subtle…

Predator Sense downloads are specific to the model. I see three different versions for your PH18-71. Are you sure you are trying with the right version? BTW since this doesn't match the original post, a PH18-71 and PO5-640 are very different beasts, you should be asking in your own thread…
