Aspire A114-33 My FN key isn't working properly I don't know what to do

Hi. I have a brand new Aspire A114-33 I bought from Dubai. I have a pin on my laptop. Today when I tried to put it in, the number 0 key stopped working so I decided to use the FN+M key which has 0 as well and it was working just fine. Later today I started realising that the M key now only writes 0 when I want to type anything like on Google. The same goes for my U, I, O, P, J, K, L keys. I tried to press the FN key again but it won't work. I tried to do the FN+Esc key but nothing changes. I even reset my computer (keeping my files). At first it worked but a few minutes later it went back and I don't know what to do. Please help.

@Amourrue have you tried to press F12 or FN + F12? You might accidentally hit num lock
