I Just Recently Purchased A ED320QR S And There Are Green Lines Vertically Along The Screen. It Shows In The Acer Logo On Startup and I cannot see if it happens in bios because the screen is black until sign in. I have tried getting the driver for the monitor and nothing has changed.

@ReddestPanda does the green lines also show up inside Windows? If so, contact the seller to exchange or refund it. It might be the manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

If they show up on the Acer logo then they are in the monitor, not in Windows, since the display isn't yet trying to show what Windows is sending out. If it has been a short enough period of time since you purchased, swap it with the vendor with a new one and let them deal with warranty, if it's been too long contact Acer for a warranty repair.
