Acer Chromebook Spin 11 CP311-1H-C5PN won't start

My duaghter has a chomebook spin 11 that won't start. Light is blue immediately upon charger connection, then blinks orange. When I press the power button, blank screen lights up as if powering up, but the goes black, and that cycle continues.

I have opened it up, disconnected and reconnected the battery, I have used recovery to reinstall OS by pressing power+esc+refresh and going through those steps, and even tried different USBC power cords.

Acer tech support will fix it but charge more that the chromebook costs. Hoping someone has some advice so I can get this thing working again.

First try and connect the Spin CP311-1H to an external monitor, as it could be some screen issues like an eDP cable/plug or the actual screen, then take the battery out and run the laptop on the charger only, as it could be the battery, last thing is that this laptop could have internal power circuitry issues that are stopping this laptop from booting and you need to send it to a local tech that can analize these problems as they could come from many parts of the laptops mobo. With Acer service, the only reason that Acer is more expensive is that they replace parts with new parts and don't fix them, and in this case, they will replace the motherboard.
