Legitimate CN315-71P-58N0? does it come with a warranty?

I found an Amazon listing for the Acer ConceptD 3 Pro CN315-71P-58N0 at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CP9FLGC, but, while it seems like a great deal, I'm not sure if it's legitimate. It's $850 cheaper than Acer's own offering for this laptop at https://store.acer.com/en-us/conceptd-3-pro-cn315-71p-58n0, which is surprising considering the laptop on Amazon currently (at the time of posting) costs just $650 USD. However, it contradicts itself, saying it uses integrated graphics while saying "NVIDIA Quadro T1000" in the title, weighs 8.9 pounds while Acer's site specifies about 4 pounds, has many negative reviews (3.5 stars), and comes from a reseller known as "Wholesale Broker (We Record SN)" (I've never heard of it).

I get that Amazon is an authorized reseller, but this is a third party selling on Amazon, not Amazon themselves. Is it legitimate, and does it come with a warranty? Thanks.

I found (supposedly) an Acer ConceptD 3 Pro CN315-71P-58N0, available at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CP9FLGC. However, something about it seems a bit off. It seems about $300 USD cheaper than other models at $650 USD, and is in fact $850 lower than Acer's own offering (https://store.acer.com/en-us/conceptd-3-pro-cn315-71p-58n0). It's distributed by "Wholesale Broker (We Record SN)" (I've never heard of it) has 3.5 star reviews, and the only similar offering I found was on Newegg (https://www.newegg.com/p/1TS-000X-02B26) from the "Craving Savings Store". Also, it apparently weights a massive 8.9 pounds while Acer's site specifies it at 3.1 pounds. It says "Graphics Description: Integrated" near the bottom but also proudly states in the name, "NVIDIA Quadro T1000".

I believe Amazon is an authorized reseller, but this seems to be a third party seller on Amazon, not Amazon themselves selling this product. Is this a legitimate reseller, and does it come with a warranty if bought?
