You can't fix it yourself and don't attempt to fix it yourself, as you need micro soldering tools and a microscope to do this job properly. Also, this job is quite a complicated job as the mobo strands have dislodged from the main board and will break sooner than later.

You can't do the above with a normal soldering iron you need specialist tools as you need Pad Strips to fix the ripped pads, a grinding tool, a proper Amtech NC-559 flux and a thin injector to be able to repair this properly and afterwards you need to cover all the open connections with a solder mask. My advice to you is this, take your laptop to an experience tech that does this sort of work in your area, as it will be much cheaper as its only a 10min job. Or if the fans don't bother you, leave it like it is but doing that, the plug will eventually break off the mobo and the fan will stop completely, and you could damage your laptop as it will overheat.

so the best option right now is to bring it to the experienced tech. I thought of this before but i was afraid that it might cost much money which i dont have the money ready yet, do u have any speculation about the price range? but overall thankyou so much you helped alot

I don't really know in your area, but it should not be more than USD $50, as it's a very simple job for an experienced tech, could be cheaper in your country.
