A715-75G (Intel Core i5 9300H) RAM upgrade

Hi,

I just ordered Crucial RAM ( DDR4-3200 SODIMM) from amazon and received it today, I went to the laptop service center, and they tried installing the RAM but it didn't work. my laptop ram config is 8gb PC4- 2666V - SA2 -11.

I checked the laptop compatibility from crucial before ordering and they confirmed that it would support my system, yet my laptop blanked out nothing happened. Can anyone suggest to me what to do Amazon do not have to replace/ref policy and I contacted them they denied my replacement request and have contacted crucial CC also but nothing really worked out, it cost me 1800Rs, and it's useless to me now as they won't take it back.

pls advise, which 8GB RAM will support my laptop

The lappy supports DIMM Speed DDR4 2400/2666 , 3200 sometimes downclocks but if its not working, my guess is Crucial dont have a profile for the speed it needs. Although modern laptops are less sensitve, its best to have both sticks match speeds as well

Im supprised you cant return to Amazon, pretty cruddy customer service! Do they not have a faulty on arrival returns?
