I have a Brand new ACER Nitro 5 with an i5 CPU and a nvidia RTX 3050 ti. While downloading all the updates for the pc initially the PC restarted after updating windows OS however it was still in the middle of downloading and installing game ready drivers through GeForce. It wouldnt let me reinstall the driver without failure so I figured it was corrupted so I deleted the NVIDIA driver through Win:/R device manager and re-downloaded the driver from NVIDIA via GeForce. However, It still says that my GPU isnt connect to display. I'm not sure if this is normal but it says the same thin in the NVIDA control panel when setting up PhysX.

Can Anyone tell me if this is normal ? If not a way to fix it?

3DMark still finds my GPU and is able to run tests Im just double checking to make sure I didnt do anything wrong when reinstalling my driver. The laptop is not even a week old yet.

Its normal :) if you check out device manager while running a game or something which uses the GPU, you should see both GPU's being used

Whats happening is windows is passing the stuff to render to the Nvidia GPU, which once it does, passes it back to the Intel GPU which is connected to your laptop display. If you drop us the model number i can check the model diagram to make sure, but you havent broke anything! Dont worry and enjoy the games ^,^
