Hello,

New Swift SFA16-41, don't like the display settings, is it possible to tweak the saturation and contrast on the display?

Thanks

Search Windows start menu 'calibrate'. Click to run Control Panel's calibrate display tool near top of menu.

Thanks, unfortunatley it tells you to refer to the Brightness/color/saturation buttons on the monitor, which there are not on this laptop.

Search Windows start menu 'quick access'. Click to run Acer Quick Access app near top of menu. Some of the few OLED screen feature options might improve things a bit. The OLED screens might take some time getting used to after using backlit LCDs for so long.

Thanks Jack, I found that and adjusted it, still too much of a compromise, don't think the OLED screen is a good fit for me. Bummer I liked the unit. Thanks for the help.

    Hi

It's maybe a bit late, but I just noticed the same problem on the one I got today, and frankly, considering the price and technology, I was horrified. And even more to see that such a screen has no settings or so to set up colorimetry.

BUT if you change the HDR setting (put it on), colors are very, very much better.

    Hope it helps.

One more thing : in the task bar, search for Radeon. The Radeon software is where to set up contrast, saturation, and everything. I just discovered it.
