Acer Nitro AN517-52 having FPS drops in every game even tough my GPU and CPU temperatures are fine

I´ve got an Acer Nitro AN517-52 (Windows 11) and I get suddendly FPS drops in all games I play.(Battlefront 2, MW2 2022, Sea of Thieves, Valorant etc.).

Even tough the temperatures of my GPU and CPU are fine, I´ll get that FPS drops.

I´ve got this laptop for over one year now and before that time there were no FPS drops.

I am playing on a 4k monitor, but I set the resolution to 1080p, so this isn´t the problem as well.

I followed the steps of this tutorial (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/656428/real-acer-windows-perofrmance-boost-guide-updated#latest) and it worked for one day but then the fps drops started to come again.

In the upper right corner of the right picture are the FPS.

Which GPU is in your Nitro? Did they do a driver update recently that might be affecting things?

I´ve got a Geforce RTX 2060 and an Intel Core I7 10th Gen.

I always update the drivers to the latest and there is no Update available at this time.

What does the Geforce Experience software say? I wonder if it's trying to use the Intel GPU instead of the NVIDIA.

In Nvdidia Control Panel I set the default GPU to use to my Geforce RTX 2060. So this isn´t it either. But at the moment I am getting less FPS drops and they are for much less time. Maximum for 5 seconds.

Today I found out as well that the FPS Drops are just in game. If I tab out of the game everything works fine with no lags.

@Kengo did you upgrade the RAM? You can check in the task manager to see if your laptop has one or two sticks installed.

I restarted my Laptop and I am still having the FPS drops

But I don´t think it has to do something with my GPU or sorts like that, because if I tab out everything is normal but if I am back in the game it has still low FPS.
