Thank you in advance😬 I have forgotten my password and when I try to reset my SP111-31C2W3 I'm given a message that I need to free up space. It's an old notebook but it's the only computer I have. I've checked online for help for the last three days and have gotten nowhere. Please help!?!?!??

Yours is likely one of the systems with a 32GB eMMC drive, hence the low disk space. You can try to hit an Alt-F10 at boot to get into the factory reset menu and do the reset from there. It will wipe everything and start fresh with the same image you had in the beginning, so will lose all your files. The other option, assuming you can't remember your password, is a reinstall from scratch of the vanilla Windows, make sure you are doing Windows 10 Home. If you have 2GB of memory install the 32bit version of Windows, it's smaller than the 64bit version. If you have 4GB or 8GB of memory install the 64bit version.

When you have it back up and running you might want to look into doing a couple of upgrades, you can add in a 2.5" SSD to provide more storage, and you can take the memory to the full 8GB. Windows will be happier with more memory.
