I have Acer aspire 3 315-23-R9HA and I wonder If i can Install M.2 Sata insted Of NVME because It's expensive in my country

Unfortunately, no, you need a M.2 NVMe SSD, can you buy from ebay in your country? If you can, you can get a used M.2 NVMe SSD at an affordable price, other alternative is to install a 2.5" SATA SSD in the HDD bay.

Theoretically, models that support nvme can also support sata ssds. But it depends a lot on the motherboard configuration and uefi firmware support. The service manual shows that this model has only been tested with gen3x2 and gen3x4 ssds. But I would test with a sata ssd, as long as the vendor has a good exchange policy.
