Madam, Sir,

Having acquired my ACER notebook in a store then called MilleOrdi in Geneva, Western Switzerland,

I moved to Germany and beg you to help to get it connected again -I modified my contract with worldcom.ch

to be able to receive incoming emails from the Swiss server, but so far have never received a reply from

Telecom Germany, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, Landgrabenweg 158, 53171 Bonn, to send me a contract form

for a German online connexion. This German server being already in possession of my banking address, my request

going back to the beginning of this month has so far not been honored. The current email address fritzlenze@outlook.de

has been kindly arranged by an IT specialist who happens to be my relative.

Remembering the v iew in my former Swiss shop that elsewhere in Europe things may present themselves differently, I

am eager to connect my ACER again and look forward to your suggestions!!!

I suggest that you google search keywords "internet service providers in germany" or "Internetanbieter in deutschland" and try another provider such as Vodafone & PYUR,
