    • Black screen during preparing automatic repair on acer aspire E5-573-P1NH

    Hi so I have a acer aspire E5-573-P1NH laptop and everytime I turn it on it goes straight to preparing automatic repair but then goes to a black screen and stays on it. How do I fix this?

      Sounds like you need to boot (F12) from a repair disk or windows installation disk. Most disks have a separate recovery partition created when Widows installs and sounds like yours has a problem.
