I'm not getting any audio output from my device.

Only external speaker or Bluetooth earpods are working fine.

In Device Manager I'm getting warning symbol on Intel High Definition DSP.

If it's yellow warning symbol, right click and uninstall it. Then exit Device Manager without trying to re-install anything. Shut down normally. Wait a minute or so, then turn machine back on and let Windows automatically re-detect the hardware and automatically re-install a fresh copy of it's driver.
