Acer isn’t turning on, nothing from reading on here is working. What do I do?

I’ve reset the battery by holding down the power button, I’ve looked for a reset battery button, there isn’t one. I can’t take the battery out because I don’t have the right tools to. Yes it’s charged, no nothing is coming on besides the light showing me it’s charging.

I don’t know what to do or what’s wrong with it. Nothings spilt on it, nothings wrong with it.

please help. I use this laptop for college homework as well. I have an Acer Nitro 5.

What is the exact laptop model number as I presume that its a laptop, also, is this laptop under warranty? As you need to open the back of the laptop and do a hard reset (I presume its a laptop?) by taking the main battery and the rtc/bios batteries out and the ram and leave them disconnected for about 15min and then reconnect all components and reboot. As these symptoms are mainly and due to a frozen Super IO chip or bios chip which gets reset by doing the above. Otherwise, its an internal power stage circuitries components issues that only an experienced tech can diagnose and fix and you can't do anything about, so consult either Acer Support in your area or a tech in your area
