Hello to everyone! I am new to the laptops and have bought my first gaming laptop couple days ago and I am so happy with the purchase of Acer Predator 12700h 17,3”, but i am worried about one thing…

When I decide to turn the fans up i feel the fans or something on the left and right side of the trackpad (palm rest). This happens when the fans is on 5,500 RPM or higher or in TURBO mode. The laptop is not vibrating at all, it is solid, but this vibrating like sound make using the laptop a little but uncomfortable.…. i repeat, below 5,500RPM (on both CPU and GPU fan) i don’t feel anything.

Can you please tell me is this a problem, because i have 5 more day to return the product…which I don’t want to… Thanks!

What happens to the high-speed sound if you raise the laptop about an inch above a hard surface to promote better airflow in and out the airvents?
