I see the message about "Press DEL for setup, F12 for boot menu" but neither one works, it just boots to Windows.

I have already set a supervisor password and disabled secure boot. I have also verified that the Boot Menu option is [Enabled] in the BIOS setup page (I had to resort to the Windows advanced troubleshooting option to get to the BIOS)

What do I need to do to access the boot menu and BIOS settings on bootup?

To get into bios through windows do this:

    1. Navigate to settings. You can get there by clicking the gear icon on the Start menu.
    2. Select Update & security.
    3. Select Recovery from the left menu.
    4. Click Restart Now under Advanced startup. The computer will reboot to a special menu.
    5. Click Troubleshoot.
    6. Click Advanced options.

Then use "UEFI Firmware Settings, as that will get you into the bios and then go to EXIT and chose "Load Setup Defaults:

Some wireless keyboards don't initialize quick enough, try a wired keyboard to see you can get in with that.
