Does Aspire A515-44 support video output through USB-C port?

I have an Aspire A515-44 laptop that currently has an external monitor connected using the onboard HDMI output. Can I connect a 2nd external monitor through the USB-C port? I have a QGeem 7-in-one USB-C dock that uses a DisplayLink chip/driver, however I get no signal to my 2nd external monitor. I have no problem when testing the monito through a USB 3.0 to HDMI/VGA adapter, but not when using the USB-C dock. How do I find out if my laptop USB-C port supports video output?

On a side note I have no problem connecting my phone to the USB-C port and displaying my phones screen on my monitor (however I believe this is just proprietary, as it's not mirroring my screen rather than just displaying a emulator version of sorts of my phone.

Thank you in advance for any help or points in the right direction.
