    The 004 came with a 300watt PSU with dimensions about 86x150x86mm. The 500watt ACER units DC.5001H.001 & DC.5001B.009 mentioned earlier that might fit with dimensions about 140x150mmx86mm. The MSI 750watt dimensions should be about 200x150x86mm. So while it should fit the width of the case and clear components above, it'lll likely be too long without butchering the rear panel.

    The 500watt supply should be adequate for the 3060 power demands. But only if the card fits in the free space around the mainboard's PCIe graphics socket. The 004 also had a GTX 1650 card option so we know that'll fit. The dimensions for both cards are as follows so you will just have to measure the space around the PCIe GPU card socket to see if it'll fit.

    3060 = 276mm long x 131mm high x 51 mm thick

    1650 = 229mm long x 111mm high x 35mm thick

    Sorry the PSU will not fit the cramped case without major metal surgery. Furthermore the connector pinouts are different than what you have in there now which may cause issues connector issues to the mainboard.

    Acer however does offer two 500watt PSUs that fit later TC-895 models that have slightly more case space. Part nos. DC.5001H.001 and DC.5001B.009 . A few users have tried them in earlier cases but they are a tight fit that may interfere with cooling.

    The 3060 card is quite a bit bigger than the GPU cards that were originally offered by Acer with this model. It's 276mm long x 131mm high x 51 mm thick. You'd have to measure around the PCIe socket to see if it can be stuffed in there. It will be tight and also may not cool properly.

    I think it has both 6 & 8 pin PCIe card connectors like the DC.5001B.009. I think the 3060 will be a tight squeeze.
