Because I worried if it would cause any other problems thats why
And the issue is from 2021 and its still not fixed what is nvidea doing
I disabled overlay and its working fine without stutter but i want to use so shld i use the method?
@Muhil
It will not cause any problem. You can turn back on anytime if it didn't work..
It's safe two files provided by Nvidia to turn off and on in case it didn't work or cause any problem.

It didn't work but disabling overlay only working
@Muhil
OK, did you ever try to stop windows explore.exe while gaming? I think it will fix your flickering issue..
First thing you need to Enable task manager always on top feature
Open task manager, If you see the simple Task Manager interface, click “More Details” at the bottom of the window.
In the full Task Manager window, click Options > Always on Top to activate always-on-top mode. A checkbox will appear to the left of the option.
-----
Now whatever game you want to play open it's game folder where .exe file exist then press Ctrl+shift+esc (task manager will open) right click on explore.exe task and click on stop.
After this, Background screen will become white and now you need to hold Atl key then right click on game and when you press on open then immediately press f4 key before game opens so game folder window will also close and game start.
And when you close your game to re-enable explore.exe press Ctrl+shift+esc then Click More details.
Find and click Windows Explorer, and click Restart in the lower right corner. ...
Click File and Select Run new task.
Enter explorer.exe and click OK.
This might look long step but it take less than a minute just try it I have a feeling it will work

Does factory resetting cause any issues like this but before also i had the same issue?
i thought it would get fixed but it didnt get fixed now i even rollbacked to factory reset version of geforce experience after factory reset using ALT F4 and then remove everything reset still the same issue is there.
The solution u gave above, there is no flickering in games its there in windows taskbar when opening and closing apps
and when i hover over the apps in taskabar opened only the heading are displayed and wallpaper is getting pulled into the taskbar and flickering
@Muhil
Try that above solution it will close taskbar, desktop so it will not flicker when gaming.
Factory reseting will not cause any issue

Will acer provide replacement for my laptop i buyed through flipkart?
@Muhil
It's software side issue not hardware side..Other Nvidia user also get same issue.
There's nothing wrong with your laptop and other user shifted to msi afterburner or using some tricks to prevent this..
You can search on Google if you want to check

Yeah i found that out but why is it not getting fixed by Nvidea this long?
I misunderstood that and had done factory reset for no use.
I think the best option is to disable nvidea overlay and wait
I switched on nvidea overlay and saw once the issue cameback and i got low fps in games so disable my overlay and resetted my game to get back my old high fps
@Muhil
I don't know why they didn't fix overlay because they are first to provide fixes as compare to amd..
Also try turn off game full screen optimizations it may work
