Aspire Xc600 does'nt boot any more

My XC600 is 1 week old and doesn't boot any more:

I can't access to bios menu pressing del.

Pressing F12 at boot start, I got 'please wait' message.

The num lock led is on, always, even pressing num lock, like it's completely crashed.

 

I've unplugged HDD and DVD drive SATA wire, and boot again, without success. It seems the BIOS is bricked o_O ?

 

It doesn't boot from HDD, DVD or USB (it was before).

 

Please help
