The camera on your Extensa 5635 sits on an internal USB 2.0 port and is connected to the motherboard through the same cable that connects the display. Has the system been apart? The camera portion of the cable runs up behind the display... If there's a problem with the cable (which happens as laptops get older, since that cable is flexxed every time you open or close it) it might be the issue. From what you are seeing the camera isn't being recognized at all by the OS, so likely it's either not connected or the USB drivers on the camera board have failed.
It looks like proper drivers for your motherboard weren't automatically installed by windows. I would recommend installing from the product site and then using windows to update them.
