I have tried 3 headsets and all are the same . Plantronics told me it was a Windows 11 issue but could not provide a solution other than to go back to Windows 10. Looking for some help to resolve this issue

What is the PC model number, as there are problems with some Win-11 Bluetooth Intel drivers that new drivers don't work except what Acer provides as an OEM driver. Has your Win-11 updated your Intel Bluetooth/audio drivers at all? As if it has then try to rollback these drivers to the OEM Acer drivers for your laptop.
