Hey ! I have a very big problem. My computer refuses to show image whether i'm on windows, on boot or in the bios. Strangly, it works when i boot on linux mint (blindly with grub that show automaticly on boot).

I think the issue is related to my integrated intel hd graphics processor. when i boot on windows, i can use an external screen but not the integrated.

I really need my screen to work back because i need to reinstall my linux distro for work and i can"t because of that problem.

If i go to windows with an external screen, the device manager show the intel hd graphic processor 630.

I sthere a way to make the bios work with dedicated graphics or something ?

btw i can go anywhere blindly. thank you

This might happen if you forgot to turn off Windows fast boot or disable intel VMD or RST controller in the BIOS under SafeMode before trying to install Mint alongside Windows. Grub itself sometimes causes this.

Try this before doing anything. Turn the machine on and immediately start tapping the F12 key. Does the F12 boot menu still appear on the screen?
