My Aspire A315-56-39HP I try to use Word it requires Key Numbers How do I solve this problem.

Good day everyone

I recently bought Aspire A315-56-39HP from Game (South Africa) which I was assured has windows installed but whenever I try to use Word it requires Key Numbers that were never provided. How do I solve this problem. The other model were around R6500 whilst this Aspire 3 retailed at around R8500.00 When I asked why the difference in price was informed that because it has already been installed with Windows 11.

Your Assistance would really be appreciated.

Yes. Microsoft Word is an word-processing app that works with Microsoft Windows.. But having Microsoft Windows doesn't necessarily mean that the Microsoft Word app is automatically included for free ---or--- with no strings attached in the machine that you bought.

Microsoft Word app is normally NOT included with Microsoft Windows unless otherwise advertised or in a special limited time trial version. After which you have to pay more money for the Microsoft Word app at of course the Microsoft store.

There are free word processing apps that do virtually the same thing as Microsoft Word app with virtually the same look and feel . Many folks also find Microsoft NotePad is sufficient for their word processing needs that is included free with Windows. But if you just gotta have the real Microsoft Word version that's chock full of features you'll probably never use, well then, you gotta pay more money. About $40usd. 🙂
