swift 1 that keeps booting into repair mode

My friends ACER SWIFT 1 keeps restarting and booting into repair mode after being turned during a 3 weeks vacation…

Error code: 0xc0000185 - “You need to use recovery tools”

1) RETURN to try again

2) F1 to start RECOVERY

3) F8 for START SETTINGS

4) ESC for UEFI settings

But I can’t ge

1) loop - new error message 0xc00000f

2) nothing happens

3)

Trying to access via LINUX MINT, but I can’t manage to mount the hard disk (nvme) via ntfs-3g. Permission denied for C


Can’t repair with START REPAIR or use

    I have give up and want to remove everything and do reinstallation.

    I can’t save anything when reinstalling Windows either

    And I can’t remove the partition in order for a reinstallation (error code 0x8007001)

    Which Swift 1 model do you have? It should be something like SF1xx-xxx-xxxx and the full model number should be on the same sticker as the SN. How big is the drive on it? You can usually see that and the drive model number in the BIOS. I'm guessing it's an eMMC drive and the drive has failed. That's not terribly unusual on older machines, but without knowing the model number we have no idea how old the machine is or what drive types were supported.
