Acer Concept D Palette not working in CN315-72G-71UE Windows 11

Hello,

After upgrading to Windows 11 my concept D palette application no longer works. I have tried uninstalling it and installing the latest one, but that does nothing.

Also the Acer care centre app does not work either.

My model number is CN315-72G-71UE

    Sorry. While your model should run Win 11, it probably won't run without some issues like this until the ACER OEM Win11 updates are released in this link.. Since we have no idea if/when these driver updates might happen, you could try uninstalling/re-installing the OEM Win10 drivers in Win11's Win10 compatibility mode. You do this by right clicking on the installation files, choosing properties, then clicking on the compatibility tab.

    If the compatibility mode installation doesn't resolve the issue, you should then download and install iobit's Driver Booster freewaare to see if it can pick up any better Win11 compatible drivers on line.
