my screen has been stuck on Black screen from update in Predator Triton 500 SE

Hi All,

I own a Predator Triton 500 SE. i bought it July 2022. Recently I tried to download warzone 2 on my laptop and warzone 2 referred me to intel’s website to update my driver.

i went to intel for the update, it told me my computer needed to restart so I agreed. After that, my screen has gone black. My keyboard was still working in dynamic mode, until last night, now the keyboard is still lighting up but still solid white.

If I power off my computer I will see the predator logo when starting it, but then it goes instantly black again.

i tried leaving it on all night so my computer would die, however it did not die.

my screen has been stuck on black for over 12 hours. I can hear the fan very little times, start working harder, but no movement on the screen.

i have novice skills with computers.

does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have a picture if you connect an external monitor?

If so, you can try to restore Windows from a system restore point.
