My G45T AM2 V:1.0 is cannot start the PC. Have found found another one, but I burnt it during the testing. Someone informed me that Asus'  P5QL-EM can replace G45T AM2 V:1.0 without any change.

Are they really compatible and interchangeable, please?

Thank you.

While they are both microATX LDA775 mainboards, they are not identical. They should fit the same case but don't have the same expansion capabilities, port or connector positions.

    Thank you, really appreciate!

"expansion capabilities" What are these capabilities?

Will  Asus' P5QL-EM board accept and run the following components without any problem?

    CPU: Intel Core2 Quad CPU,

    RAM: DDR2 800 SDRAM 4G,

    BIOS: American Megatrend

Does it have On board Intel® G45 graphic card?

Look at the two images that show additional full size PCIe expansion socket on the Acer board. The Asus board should accept the same LDA 775 socket CPU & DIMMs as the Acer though I think DDR3 not DDR2. The BIOS does not have identical firmware since Acer & Asus are different companies and each have their own firmware specifications and available options. As far as I know, only the CPU's integrated graphics can be the same if the same CPU is used on the board. Any further detailed questions on the Asus board should be directed at the Asus company's users forums.
