Hi, I'm having a hard time booting up my pc, I upgraded the ram to 12GB in hopes of it to boot fast, but it didn't happened. So, I was thinking of upgrading my HD to SSD in case the problem is the drive. I am in dilemma of what type of SD is compatible. Please help me. Thanks a lot.

I don't think that its a good idea and will your Aspire F5-573G 55G2 work with 12GB total ram and with 1x 8GB and 1x 4GB combined memory modules in its 2x slots, you need the same size ram and speed spec modules in its 2x memory slots for this laptop to work properly and in dual channel.

    This laptop takes a max total memory of 32GB of either 2 / 4 / 8 / 16 GB ram memory modules and at max of 2x 16GB DDR4-2666MHz of the following and best spec type modules; PC4-21300 • CL=16 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2666 • 1.2V • 2048Meg x 64 • like DDR4 PC4-21300 • CL=16 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2666 • 1.2V • 2048Meg x 64 - see the results of the ram/ssd scan here Aspire F5-573G RAM & SSD Upgrades or do the actual Crucial System Scan.

With the internal M.2 SSDs for the F5-573G 55G2 the specs are for an M.2 B&M SATAIII at 6GB/s type drive (see list below) as those are the drives fitted by Acer, but they are NOT limited to only 128GB and 256GB as max capacity, as in windows the MBR/Legacy format is limited to a max of 2TB and the UEFI - GUID (GPT) format in windows is above 2TB to an infinite capacity.
