I accidently click on the battery charge limit 80% on acer care center then i turned it off, when i try to charge my laptop, it doesn't work (sorry for bad english)

Shut down laptop normally. Plug charger in and wait for battery charge LED to turn from orange to blue. Then turn it back on. Open Acer Care Center and turn limiter back on.

How long does it take to make the LED turn to blue?

Up to 24 hrs if the battery was allowed to drain below about the 5% critical charge level. Draining below 5% can damage the battery.
