Screen came back on bios Every time screen goes black then goes right back to bios, need help?

I was on my laptop and it reset on its own and when it came back on it was in bios. I have tried exiting many ways but none are working. Every time I press exit the screen goes black then goes right back to bios. Any ideas?

What is the laptop model number? Try to do a hard reset as you could have a stuck super IO and bios chip. Turn the laptop off by pressing the power button until it turns off, take the back cover off, take out main battery and the bios battery and the ram, clean the ram pins and mobo ram slot also, leave these components disconnected for 15 min and then reconnect all these components back and then reboot the laptop, as all this should fix your laptop from being stuck in bios. Also and if you don't have the latest bios then update bios to the last bios version but BE VERY CAREFUL as doing a bios update can brick your laptop if the laptop crashes or has any chance of a bsod in the middle of a bios update.

Is there any chance you have a key stuck? Don't try to update the BIOS until you have this issue fixed.
