Nitro 5 Core i9: Wireless Headset Unreliable Audio

Hi.

I recently purchased an Acer Nitro 5 core i9 laptop. I have a TECKNET wireless headset and 'input' and audio 'output' options are visible in Windows 11 System Sound (settings). The problem is that when I use the headset with Teams or Skype, I can hear the other person and the other person can hear me, but after a little while I can no longer hear the other person speaking and they sometimes cannot hear me. This happens all the time, both when using the USB headset plugin or Bluetooth to connect to the headset. When checking the System Sound Settings nothing has changed, except I can no longer hear the other person speak. I noticed that this began to happen after Windows notified me that the headset drivers had to be updated.

At the moment, I have to use a wired headset via the 3.5mm jack. This is not convenient for me and need to get the wireless headset functioning properly. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Bob.

Try rolling back that driver update...
