AN515-54 does not see HyperX cloud core's microphone.

Hello,

I'm connected my garniture and it doesn't work. System does not see the microphone, but see headphones.

what should i do? (don't want to use third party audiocard, sound gets worse by many times)

Wireless BlueTooth or wired TRRS headset? Or what is headset model number?

The first time you connect to an audio port the system asks you what device it is. If you choose wrong some of the function might not work. In this case you probably told the OS you had headphones, not a headset. Here's a quick solution:

If you are connecting an audio device to your computer, you may set the default device type for it through the Sound dialog box. Here's how:

1. Press the Start button, then type sound, and select Sound Settings from the search results.
2. Under the Playback tab, select the device, then press Configure.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish configuring the device.

That should allow you to change it from headphone to headset or just plain microphone.
