I'm wondering if this pc can fit or ever handle a GeForce RTX 3050 OC I really want to upgrade but not sure if I need anything else or if it'll even fit. Thanks in advanced!

Yes, you can with no problems, as the PO3-620 has an OEM psu of 500W. Also, and seeing that you are putting an RTX-3050 OC (suggested psu is 300W) and if you want to upgrade this desktop, as an Acer PO3-620 high-end gaming rig, consider upgrading the CPU and ram as the i3 may become its weakest link and will deteriorate performance, as the highest spec PO3-620s from Acer come with the following specs and could have up to 128GB ram:

    1. CORE i7-10700 LGA 2.9G 16M 2933 1200 65W Q0 COMET LAKE-S - Acer part #: KC.10701.CI7
    2. NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER GDDRV 8GB ATX PCI-EX16 3XDP HDMI 288-4N500-X00A8 BLOWER - Acer part #: DA.20711.008.
    3. Maximum memory Acer quoted at 64GB (using four 16GB modules) or Crucial Scan quoted 128GB

So, consider all the above as just putting an RTX-3050 OC might be a waste.
