When i press the start button in my laptop the rgb of the laptop turn on twice and then my laptop starts up. And the login time is also slow as compare to any other laptop....

The RGB issue could be from many issues such as, the laptop might have an LCD EDP CABLE/PLUG issue that is either damaged and/or its plug is lose and its not making 100% connection, it could be an AMD Radeon Graphics 448SP integrated graphics driver issue or a screen issue. All these aspects of your hardware and software have to be diagnosed and eliminated systematically. With the slowness of your OS its also due to OS updates and especially driver issues that have to be updated.
