Graphic Driver: hd intel graphic family E5-573G-51VE. Need a working link to download the software

Hi to all,

Get an issue with my ACER ASPIRE E15, MODEL: E5-573G-51VE OS Win 10 22h2 version. I'm not able to turn on my core memory protection because win 10 response to me generic error driver intel graphics: igdkmd64.sys.

Someone may help me? With a link to download a update and correct driver to install? In attachment with this post send a propriety of driver find out on OS WIN 10.

    Try using Intel's driver assistant to get the latest. If it doesn't like that due to it being the generic driver, uninstall it fully and download the old version from Acer's support site.

    I've already done but didn't work following that procedure. Anyway on web site acer exists VGA driver 2015, i've got on my pc driver hd family 2017, while intel generic driver on it's web site i'v downloaded exe file but without success my os respondes me a generic not supported operative system.

    @LEO1984 you can try downloading the driver in the ZIP file, extracting it, and use device manager to manually update the driver.

    HI @AnhEZ28 thanks for the answer, i tried it i've downloaded also with file zip i've extracted exe file and executed, but say me same problem: your operation sistem isn't supported.

    How i can do it??

    Thanks, i've tried to search but don't solve my problem, i've already followed procedures edited in intel attachment web site, installing also manually driver through device manager or install hd intel support, but response is always the same: your operative sistem is not supported. I've also tried clean driver installation, nothing else is changed.

    Choose the igdlh64.inf

    I don't know why you get an error message about your operating system not being supported, Windows 10 is certainly on the list, and they imply that all 5th gen systems are supported in both 32bit and 64bit versions. You may have to ask Intel themselves...

    @AnhEZ28 thanks, tried i've not found graphics file that suggested to me. My PC is a 4th generation as said @billsey maybe is better ask a question directly to Intel...... I'm avable for any others suggestions.........

    Viewing this right now, is recommended for WIN 8 or WIN 7, not for WIN 10 my OS.
