The “ntoskrnl.exe” is related to a kernel, which is a piece of software that connects hardware and software. The Windows kernel is used to give instructions to components like your CPU and GPU to conduct actions when you’re using your computer. The kernel and executive layers of the Microsoft Windows NT kernel area are provided by this critical component of Windows.

Also, Fix or Repair Corrupt Files within your OS first and then go and fix all these aspects of your OS and laptop to fix any future bsod blue screen error and the ntoskrnl.exe error:

    1. Update your drivers
    2. Reset your overclocking settings
    3. Repair corrupt system files
    4. Use the CHKDSK command
    5. Check your computer for malware
    6. Update Windows

    Hi @aviso66

You can try to do the BIOS reset to check if that makes any difference.

If you are having trouble booting your system, you may try to reset your BIOS/UEFI settings to default.

    1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until your system shuts completely down.
    2. Power on the system. ...
    3. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    4. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.

If that doesn't work then you can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

How to Restore Windows on my Acer Computer Using Alt + F10 on startup

    1. Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
    2. Press the Power key to turn on the computer.
    3. Press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Acer logo appears on the screen. ...
    4. Select Troubleshoot.
    5. Click Reset your PC.

NOTE: Doing the reset you will loose all the data.

Hope it will help you in some way.
