I have a An517-41 Amd ryzen 5800h RTX 3060, and when gaming the cpu temp goes to 92°F and fps drops, tried clean install of everything and nothing, what it can be?

Use fps cap to stabilize fps and cpu temperature.

For example- you can set your fps to 40, 60. 70,100, etc whichever value you feels best

(Lower fps mean lower cpu temperature)

You can use Nvidia control panel to cap fps

Nvidia control panel-

Right-click the desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel from the drop-down menu. Under 3D settings, select “Max Frame Rate,” you may have to scroll down to find it. Once there, click on “Off” and then select “On” and either scroll or type in your desired frame rate

Never tried that it was always at 144fps, but the laptop always did have those temps since new

Your room temperature may be high or fans, air vents become dusty but if fps capping lower your cpu temperature then just enjoy.

And in future if temperatures start reaching 90°C or more with fps cap then it's time for applying new thermal paste and for cleaning fans and air vents which should solve this high temperature issue

Then don't worry, just use frame limiter and enjoy your gaming with low temp amd fan speed.

And make sure your cooling pad is lifted with stands for better air flow

And temperatures below 85°C while gaming is normal and below 80°C is perfect
