My spin laptop has not been turning on.

I will push down on the power button and no matter how long i’ve pushed on it it won’t turn on. I’ve seen other people say to push in the pin area on the back to do something with the battery but it has not worked for me.

You are going to have to give us a bit more information. Which Spin model do you have? It should be something like SPxxx-xxx-xxxx and the full model number is usually shown on the same sticker as the serial number. Do you get lights when the charger is plugged in? Which lights and which colors?
