Is your Helios 300 the PH315-53, as you haven't told us the exact model number? If its still under warranty (as this is an old Helios 300 with the 10th Gen cpu/rtx-2060 gpu) send your laptop to Acer for them to fix, if its not, then its probably your DC port that is either faulty or its internal pins are bent and lose and need bending back so that they make full contact with the adaptor/charger plug, or the DC port its connections pins to the mobo are lose, broken or the port is completely faulty which this job needs to be done by an experienced tech who has microscopic soldering tools to do all this jor and/or replace the port (don't do it yourself) as you will damage the mobo.

Also, check the charger/adaptors plug, if its outputting its charging specified volts at its plug? All these diagnostic steps should give you a consumer's idea of what is happening, and if these things are all working then its an internal primary power circuitry problem with its components that especially needs an experienced tech to fix.

This is the Helios 300 PH315-53 rear charging port at its connection to the mobo and surrounding components:

    Thank you!

i have an other question my Laptop is a PH-317-54 and there are no bios updates since 2020, But the PH-315-54, (Same specs but the Other one is a 15Inch screen) has bios updates from this year, Can i download that version for mine?

All bios updates should only be done if the bios verion fixes a problem that you are having with your laptop, be warned that updating bios is a risky thing to do and any wrong bios updates will brick your laptop and make it unusable, also, a bios update is NOT like a software update that needs updating regularly, it should only be updated only if your laptop needs the actual update that will fix a problem that you have!

In your case and with your PH317-54 its a definite NO and its not recommended, as all Predator bios versions are model specific irrespective if they are the same laptops as your PH317-54 is a 17" and its similar and smaller 15" model the PH315-54. Predators have different bios updates that don't relate to your laptop models. Otherwise, Acer would state that they are compatible, and have those bios updates for your PH317-54 also listed, from its last version 1.06 date: 2021/03/18 "Updates microcode version" to the last bios of the PH315-54 version 1.13 Date: 2022/08/17 titled "Security Alert Quick (SV2) support." have,

Also, and if you attempt to install the PH-315-54 bios last bios version 1.13 onto your PH317-54 the .exe bios file will not install to protect your laptop from being damaged.

Thank you! Well i’ve done some research and that’s why i asked you , a lot of people say that the Version v2.02 of the Ph315-54 has fixed a lot of things.

And some people say the battery draining is normal because the laptop uses more battery then it gets. (idk if this is true)

and also do you know if undervolting on my laptop is possible? Now it gets around 75 degrees if i play Gta online. I think that’s kinda high for a game like gta.

Also why doesn’t acer bring updates for my version of the laptop? The PH315 has a lot of updates from 2022 and my latest updates are from what 2020?

I don’t know what to do man
