I am trying to do a clean install of my PC. When I get to some part it says load driver. I believe it is the IRST driver. Do I open the drive and save to USB or do I have to open and then extract then save to USB?

[Edited the thread to add issue detail]
Yes, and do a Clean Install as you need the Acer provided Intel IRS driver version (see link below) as the best way is to download this IRS driver onto another separate USB and then when you get to the installation "Load driver" screen, that you can't get past, insert the USB and click "Load driver” and install the “IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver Version:18.6.1.1016.2” from the USB as that will install this needed driver after you have completely formatted the boot drive, which is the best way to do the install also “I hope you are installing Win-11 version 22H2 OS build 22621.675” as that is the best OS for your AN515-57 after you finish the installation, make sure that all the “Windows Updates” are up to date. After, install the “Intel® Driver & Support Assistant” do a scan, as this will tell you the latest Intel drivers for Win-11 and also download and install the latest driver for your gpu at NVIDIA Driver Downloads but make sure that with the NVIDIA driver installation, you use and click the “Custom (Advanced)” mode to “Perform a clean installation” and do a clean install. That is all that you have to do, it’s a simple and the most effective way for your laptop to work 100% and properly.
Btw, and I'm advising you from personal experience, as I've done the same with my then new AN515-56 that came pre-installed with Win-10 Home from Acer and did a Clean Install and now I'm running Win-11 version 22H2 OS build 22621.675 and this laptop runs perfectly, speedily and never ever had a crash, bsod or anything with it,
