Try to do the Battery Reset first, this laptop has a small pinhole at its base at #3

If the above doesn't work then do a hard reset by removing thirteen (13) screws then carefully pry up the base cover from the back upper side to release the latches then grasp and remove the base cover from the system and then disconnecting the main battery, RTC/bios (that is in the left corner) batteries and take the ram out also.

Leave them disconnected for about 5min and reconnect all, then, reboot laptop, as this should reset your laptops super IO startup chip and bios completely. If this does not work, then you as a user can't do anything more as your laptop has other issues with power in its primary stage and/or with its mosats, capacitors and fuses etc that needs to be taken to a technician to analyse and change components to fix your laptop.
