Is the charging socket ok? Do you use the correct charger with the correct charging plug?

I have no idea, the socket seems to be blocked with something but idk what or how it's been sat in my room since I got it really and I've had it on change many times before it's just blocked now.

It's the correct charger so I don't know why it doesn't fit

Looks like the charging socket is sealed with some kind of wax. But it worked before, didn't it? Or maybe it's dust or dirt? Try cleaning the socket.

It is very easy to find the DC JACK where you try to plug in the AC charger adapter.

It is like a round hole with a lid in the center.

Kindly look at the picture given below

Yeah I've had it on charge before I don't know when it happened but it just randomly had this cover thing inside but it's like solid, I don't wanna try and remove it and damage the laptop tho with excessive force or anything

This ks quite clearly the DC jack but it seems to have a cover inside of it that I can't remove
