Laptop Hibernates randomly while using- Nitro 5 AN515-55

While using my laptop and charging it parallelly, once the laptop hits 100% laptop hibernates randomly and after turning it on battery icon shows 0%. But if I remove the plug laptop gives me a backup of 5 hours normally on the icon showing 0%.

    Your battery or mainboard charge controllers are suspect. Try this procedure below to determine which is the problem.

    1. Open Device Manager. Expand battery folder.
    2. Right click and uninstall ALL drivers you find in the battery folder.
    3. Exit Device Manager without trying to re-install anything.
    4. Then go to the Windows start menu. Search 'cmd'.
    5. Right click the command prompt near top of start menu. Click run as administrator.
    6. Enter 'powercfg -h off' at the command prompt. The n enter 'exit'.
    7. Then shut down Windows normally. Wait a minute or two. Then turn machine back on.
    8. Report back with results for further diagnosis
